Overmolding Brass/Other
Tri-V has multiple molding machines specifically for over molding plastic onto a variety of materials. Brass, copper, electrical connectors and electrical cables are a few. We design and build our molds in house and machine or assemble the components prior to over molding.

Mazak Horizontal Machining Centers
Our Mazak horizontal machining centers have 24 pallets robotically loaded into our machines. This allows us to reduce costs and run “Lights Out” production. Each machine has 120 tools loaded at all time and a dedicated pallet per job, minimizing the setup costs and saving money!
